You can select the language when you create your survey. The language selected when you create your survey will include pre-defined translation of common features and buttons (such as the Next and Previous buttons).
For full customisation of your survey including question text and descriptions, you'll need to use the translation feature to create and upload your translated text. This is not translated by SmartSurvey.
