Hubspot & Salesforce Integrations

We're excited to announce that we have recently released our new and improved Salesforce integration and our new Hubspot integration.

Using integrations allows you to pass data between different systems automatically. Allowing you to push response data into your CRM in real time as well as pull data from your CRM into your surveys to improve personalisation.

Integrating SmartSurvey with your CRM system provides many benefits:

  • Save time by automating tasks and ensuring data is in sync across platforms
  • Ensure data continuity and remove data silos
  • Improve response rates by personalising surveys with customer information from your CRM contacts
  • Automatically create tasks and tickets to follow up with customers
  • Create a single customer view

Common use cases include:

  • Updating NPS, CSAT, CES and other feedback on your customer contacts, providing you a real time view of feedback within your CRM
  • Personalise your survey to your customer by pulling in contact and purchase information to your surveys to increase response rates and data quality
  • Use filters to automatically create tickets in your CRM  if a customers feedback is negative and requires follow up, making it easy to close the loop with customers
  • Trigger surveys to sent after a purchase is made, a ticket is closed, a deal is complete and much more
