You choose which data you want to visualise and share
We've introduced a new option for charts & data tables. You can now choose which answer choices you want to hide or show within your charts.
The new option allows you to have more control and flexibility of your data within SmartSurvey, allowing you to:
- Hide less relevant answers (like those with few or no responses) to clean up your visuals
- Create tailored versions of your charts, focusing on data points that matter most for different audiences
- Highlight key areas of your data to drive home your most compelling insights
The hide and show options are available within the Results Summary as well as within the Dashboards feature (find out more about Dashboards here).
When you've hidden answer choices from your chart, within SmartSurvey you'll see a small "eye" icon to remind you that there is hidden data. The "eye" icon will not be visible on any shared views, shared dashboards or exports.
Depending on the question you're configuring, the chart information will recalculate to reflect the hidden answer choices. Take a look at our helpguide below for more information.
