Updated filtering options now available for dashboards and shared dashboards
You can now access your custom filters from the main menu on your dashboards. This option is available if your dashboard is visualising data from one survey.
Applying a filter will update all of your dashboard tiles, making it easier to switch between different segments and cohorts. You have the option to return to the "Default" which will reload the default filters on your tiles, as well as viewing all data on your survey by choosing "No Filter".

The filter option is also available when sharing your dashboard. You can choose which filters your dashboard users can access, including the option to limit access to those filters only, restricting access to the wider survey data.

This update will make it easier for you to share dashboards:
- Allow management teams to view high level reports as well as feedback across specific touchpoints within your customer journey
- Enable teams to view data specific to their product or service area
- Support regional teams in closing feedback loops across different locations from one dashboard
