How Much is Qualtrics?
Qualtrics offers paid packages on a subscription basis, with a free trial available. Pricing is not shown on the Qualtrics website but pricing for services accessed via G-cloud are quoted on the G-cloud Digital Marketplace. With Qualtrics you typically select a pricing plan based on two primary variables; the number of users and the number of survey responses needed.
G-cloud pricing can be found for CoreXM and for a ‘Digital Experience’ platform. There are also a number of HR-related solutions listed, including Employee Pulse and 360 Feedback Assessments. Here we review the CoreXM and Digital Experience offerings.
CoreXM pricing
CoreXM is Qualtrics’ self-service research platform. G-cloud pricing is quoted as ranging between £0.50 to £0.70 a unit (Education pricing is also available). There are 5 tiers listed, with response and user limits specified at each tier.
Tier 1 offers a maximum of 6,000 responses, and 1 user account, and is priced at £4,195.
Tier 5 offers a maximum of 100,000 responses, and 50 user accounts, and is priced at £49,932.

Qualtrics Digital Experience pricing
Qualtrics Digital Experience platform is priced differently to CoreXM on G-cloud, and with the same pricing and plan limits also advertised for CX and FFT offerings. G-cloud pricing is quoted as ranging between £0.68 to £2.66 a unit (with Education pricing also available).
Pricing is based on a few different variables, with response limits and number of users still factoring into the total cost, alongside 3 different feature levels, CX1, CX3, and CX5.
The lowest price option offers a maximum of 2,500 responses and is priced at the following 3 feature levels:
- CX1 at £6,660
- CX3 at £11,655
- CX5 at £14,985.
The highest priced option offers a maximum of 500,000 responses and is priced at the following 3 feature levels:
- CX1 at £150,960
- CX3 at £264,180
- CX5 at £339,660
An additional charge is applied dependent upon the number of users and ranges from £370 for 5 user licences to £51,800 for 1,000 user licences.
