Student Refund – Terms and Conditions of Offer

1. This offer is being provided by SmartSurvey Ltd (“SmartSurvey”), a limited company registered in England and Wales with registered number 4885155 having its registered office at Basepoint Business Centre, Oakfield Close, Tewkesbury Business Park, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 8SD.

2. In order to take part in the offer, you must have been granted a student discount by SmartSurvey, details of the student discount can be found here: smartsurvey.co.uk/education-surveys/students.  

3. Purchase of an active and on-going subscription is necessary to redeem this offer. Your paid subscription must be active at the time you submit the feedback/review.

4. Route to entry for the offer and details of how to apply are contained in the email you have received from team@smartsurvey.co.uk  

5. The offer will be valid until [23:59, 31^st of August 2023]. Only the first paid month per account (with a student discount) may be refunded.  

6. You will not be eligible for the refund if you have failed to notify SmartSurvey of submitting your feedback/review by the deadline stipulated in paragraph 5 above.  

7. Once you have provided feedback/review on the link provided to you as per the instructions of the offer (which can be found in the email) SmartSurvey will check to determine whether the review has been left, if SmartSurvey in its absolute discretion determines that no review was left, you will not be entitled to the refund specified on the offer.  

8. After submitting the feedback/review, you must not delete that feedback/review for a period of no less than 24 months.  

9. SmartSurvey reserves the right to cancel or amend the offer and these terms and conditions without notice.  

10. The offer is not transferable.  

11. SmartSurvey’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the offer will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. You would have been invited to take part in this offer via an email from SmartSurvey. You are not authorised to share the discount or offer provided to you with any other person. This offer is for your own use only and must be treated as confidential information. SmartSurvey reserves the right to terminate your account should you share this discount code.

13. You agree to the use of your name and image in any publicity material relating to this promotion.

14. By applying for this offer, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions of offer, as well as SmartSurvey’s Terms of Use located on: smartsurvey.co.uk/company/terms-of-use. Should a conflict occur between any of the aforementioned, it shall be resolved in favour of the below, in the following order of precedence:

16. The offer and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
