SmartSurvey’s Head of Sales & Support Scoops International Award 

We’re thrilled to report that our Head of Sales and Support, Emma Stone, has just won international acclaim for her work in developing and optimising the performance of our company’s sales, customer service and support staff.

Emma was crowned ‘Multiplier of the Year’ winner in the International Business category and rewarded with an all-expenses-paid trip to San Francisco, California, to receive her award from globally renowned talent development specialists, the Wiseman Group.

A unique talent for developing the skills in others

The awards recognise leaders who possess the very best skills for developing others. This was highly evident in the glowing recommendation Emma received from one of our staff nominator’s, who praised her ability for quickly identifying the best strengths and areas for improvement in every staff member, and then tailoring her approach to each to maximise the whole team’s performance. The award is also testament to the impact Emma has made in a relatively short space of time since joining us in October 2018 and helping us to achieve 30% year on year growth.

Having been shortlisted from a global list of business nominees, Emma was delighted with her award, but equally keen to praise the efforts of her team:
