We are developing a new Patient and Carer Experience and Involvement Strategy for Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust (SCFT).

 

As part of creating this new strategy we are committed to hearing the patient voice and involving people who access services. We would like to hear what matters to patients, their representatives and carers. As well as hearing from staff and volunteers regarding how we can involve patients in all we do.

 

Having a new patient experience and involvement strategy will help SCFT to define ambitions, values and commitment to developing patient experience and involvement.  A strategy provides a route to lead us to our long-term aims and will help us understand and measure what success looks like.

 

We would like you answer three questions. All questions are multiple choice and the responses are based on feedback from an initial round of surveying. However, if your answer is not available please do provide this in the "Other" box, all ideas are welcome.
