For working age people, managing your diabetes care alongside your work and family life can be difficult. We would like to understand more about how you manage the challenges of balancing self-care with your work responsibilities and other commitments. We are also keen to know more about your experiences of accessing your diabetes appointments around work, what support you get from your employer and any barriers you face.
