We are carrying out this survey to get your views on the future St Helens Borough Council Arts Strategy.
It should take around 10-15 minutes to read the information within the survey (including the Our Story, Vision and Mission document) and to complete the survey. If you choose to read the full Arts Strategy and Background Information, this will take longer. It is not necessary to read both of these documents to answer most of the survey.
Background Information
In January 2020, St Helens Borough Council commissioned Counterculture to help the borough develop an Arts Strategy with the aim of establishing the strategic direction of the arts for the next 10 years.
The Strategy needs to be co-produced and co-owned by the Arts sector, very much in the spirit of the #StHelenstogether philosophy. To this aim, a Steering Group consisting of representatives from arts organisations, the wider cultural sector, the education sector, and officers of St Helens Borough Council, has been pivotal in shaping the Strategy. The Strategy has included a significant period of consultation during its development.
