The UNCRC Implementation Project continues to support local authorities in Scotland to prepare for the incorporation of the UNCRC into Scots Law. We have pulled together this short survey to inform our work over the next four months. The survey also includes questions which seek to gather information that you have collectively expressed an interest in e.g. children's rights impact assessment.
We are also working on our business case to continue funding this project beyond March 2024 so that we can continue to support local authorities with their work on children's rights. This will be particularly important as we anticipate that the UNCRC Bill will become law in 2024.
