Navigating urgent and emergency care services in Oxfordshire

Introduction

What is this about?
Healthwatch Oxfordshire would like to hear from people who have needed urgent or emergency care or help in Oxfordshire in the last two years. This might include calling NHS 111 or your local GP practice, going to a hospital Accident and Emergency (A&E) department, or contacting a mental health crisis team. We’re interested in knowing what you understand about these health services, any information you have used to find out about services, and your experience of getting the right help quickly. Your feedback will help us understand your experiences and identify areas for improvement.

Who are Healthwatch Oxfordshire?
Healthwatch Oxfordshire is an independent charity for people who use health and social care services. We find out what matters to local people and make sure their views are heard by the people who make decisions about those services. We will use what you tell us to help shape support and to improve services.

This survey is anonymous - you do not have to say who you are and we will not identify you.
