The NHS in Norfolk and Waveney is committed to listening to, and engaging with, local people and communities, so that we can look at ways to improve and develop health and care services for the future.

We are holding a public consultation between 10 October 2024 and will run until 21 November 2024 to gain people’s view on our proposal for the future of Toftwood Medical Centre.

This consultation is happening because the current contract with Toftwood Medical Centre for providing general practice services is time limited and is due to expire on 31 March 2025. With the contract coming to an end, NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board has reviewed the service.

Please download and read a copy of the full consultation document, which sets out the findings of our review and a proposal for how we could provide general practice services for people registered with Toftwood Medical Centre in future.

A link to this survey can be found within the consultation document, and we encourage you to read the consultation document in full and then complete the following survey.

When we are considering making changes to how people access general practice services, we want to make sure we understand what impact they would have on the care and wellbeing of residents. We know that making decisions about changing how we provide services are important and we take these decisions seriously.
