Note: Understanding the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on the career life cycle of early career academics
This survey is part of a study aimed at providing a comprehensive understanding of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the experiences and career development of Early Career Academics (ECAs). In examining the experiences of ECAs during and since the pandemic, the research will engage with questions of workload, mental well-being, job-security, and management support. These insights will be useful in helping us understand the impact of the pandemic on ECAs and to develop recommendations on best practices to support ECAs career progression, as well create a more inclusive research and innovation environment.
