What is the purpose of the survey?
The purpose of the survey is to better understand what young people in Cheshire East would like from Visyon. We are asking young people about what support they would like with their mental health and wellbeing.
Who is asking?
Visyon workers are asking as we are a service that is for young people and about young people. We want to hear your experience and thoughts on how we can best support you.
Results
The results will help us to provide wellbeing groups, activities and find out exactly what young people want and need.
Confidentiality
The survey will be anonymous, which means we can’t identify you if you take part. We will see the answers but not who has written them.
