Sefton Park Active Travel Corridor

About This Survey

Liverpool City Council are looking to improve walking and cycling infrastructure along Croxteth Road and Sefton Park Road as part of the Sefton Park Active Travel Corridor. The area covered by the proposals extends for 1.4km along Croxteth Road between Princes Avenue and Ullet Road and includes links to Sefton Park. Completion of this proposed route will make it easier and safer to walk and cycle, providing a continuous corridor from Catharine Street through to Sefton Park.

The aims of the Sefton Park Active Travel Corridor are to:

  • Deliver a segregated active travel corridor along Croxteth Road, providing safe and secure conditions for pedestrians and cyclists.
  • Increase the numbers of people walking, wheeling and cycling.
  • Reduce the risk of traffic collisions for pedestrians and cyclists.
  • Improve health and well-being by encouraging more people to walk and cycle.
  • Support the Council’s air quality and carbon reduction targets through increased numbers of people walking and cycling.

We are now seeking feedback from residents, businesses in the area, commuters that use the route, people working locally and anyone else who has an interest on the proposals by asking you to complete all the questions in the online survey. Please view the information provided about the proposals before responding to this online survey, which can be viewed on the Consultation page of the Liverpool City Council website.

The survey will take around 10 minutes to complete.

The survey will close on Wednesday 30th October 2024.
