Submitting an application

Applications must be submitted through this online SmartSurvey form. Please email ethnicity@rsc.org if this SmartSurvey form poses any accessibility issues.

You can save a partially completed application form and return to it later. Please ensure you have answered all questions before submitting your application. Once you have submitted your application you will not have any further opportunities to amend it.

The application deadline is 17:00 GMT (UK time) on Thursday, 6 February 2025. Applications must be finalised and submitted before this deadline to be considered.

1. Eligibility Criteria

Please confirm that you meet each of the following eligibility criteria to participate in the Broadening Horizons in the Chemical Sciences programme. Note that we will use the information you submit in the application form to verify that you meet all the eligibility criteria.

For the purposes of this programme, eligibility includes courses/degrees in the chemical sciences, or at the interface of the discipline. If you have questions about eligibility, please refer to the programme webpage, and particularly the frequently asked questions.
