Red Pepper is looking for people with enthusiasm and ideas to help shape our future. No experience necessary – people from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Training and mentorship will be provided to all new team members.

If you have administrative, legal, fundraising, management, marketing or tech skills, please consider joining our Admin and Advisory Collective (which functions like a board). If you are interested in shaping content, look to the Editorial Collective.  If you just have a little time to contribute, or aren't sure, explore Volunteering. If you're interested in multiple positions, just restart the questionnaire after you submit!
