Every so often we must publish a gambling policy setting out the principles we will apply when exercising our licensing functions under The Gambling Act 2005.

We are proposing two minor changes and amendments in line with current guidance, to our existing policy notably:

  • 2.10 Adult gaming centres
  • 2.15 Bingo

Also, although not compulsory, a Local Area Profile has been included for the first time in the Policy.

We are now consulting on these changes and would like to hear views from residents, licence holders, and other stakeholders.  Your feedback will be used to inform the final gambling policy. The consultation will close at midnight on Sunday 24 November.
