This is a project by NHSX and NHS England about how to support young people and their parents/carers whilst waiting for the first visit or treatment to mental health services.
Please complete this survey if you are a parent/carer of a child currently seeking mental health support from CAMHS.
The purpose of this survey is to hear your experience whilst waiting for your child to be seen. This includes your thoughts, feelings and challenges. Your response is anonymous and will be used to help us understand how the service can better meet your needs. There are no right or wrong answers.
