CityCare are looking to set up a network of families to give us feedback and help us develop and improve our ‘Best Start’ services in the future. We would like to ask some questions about your experience to get your ideas on setting up the group. Our Children’s Public Health 0-19 Nursing or ‘Best Start’ service is an integrated service to establish the vital foundations for good health and development during the first few years of a child’s life, and beyond. It includes: Health Visiting, Specialist Public Health 5-19 Nursing (previously known as School Nursing), Family Nurse Partnership and Nutrition Support. We also offer a Text Health service, which is a confidential text messaging service that enables children and young people (aged 11-19) or parents of children aged 0-19. They all work together as an integrated team in the community and in schools in order to deliver dedicated support to our children, young people and families in Nottingham City.
