The proposals in our consultation paper seek to strengthen our current regulatory regime in a proportionate, cost-efficient manner that does not adversely impact the competitiveness and attractiveness of Jersey as a place to do business.
We will be hosting drop-in sessions and attending meetings with industry bodies and associations during the consultation period to discuss and answer any questions you may have before you provide your feedback.
