This survey is to help understand views towards the planned New Addington Community Diagnostics Centre from local residents due to open in Summer 2025.
Healthwatch Croydon have been commissioned by Croydon Health Services NHS Trust to ask for views of New Addington residents

All views are given in confidence and will an anonymised in any reports.
The results of the survey will be analysed and shared with key service managers to support continued service improvement.
