The opinions that you give in this survey are going to help decide who wins the annual Moneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards, alongside our own analysis of the market. 

Each question features companies that we consider to have the best products in that particular area, which is why they have been shortlisted in the annual Moneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards.

Now it is your turn to rate their customer service and decide who wins by scoring out of five those providers who you've had dealings with in the last 12 months.

There are four surveys and it should only take you about 10-15 minutes to complete all four. You can complete just one or two surveys if you prefer and skip questions that are not relevant. Each completed survey gives you one entry into our prize draw, with the chance to win a £1,000 cash prize – so completing all four surveys will give you four entries into the draw. Surveys must be submitted by midnight on Friday 22 November 2024.

None of your detailed responses will be shared with ANY third party (including the shortlisted companies) and only overall trends will be used externally. You can see our privacy policy here.

The survey is open to all but you must be over 18 and based in the UK to be entered into the prize draw.
