Moneyfacts Awards 2025 - testimonial submission form

Welcome to our annual survey - helping to decide the annual Moneyfacts Awards.

We are asking our  respondents to complete testimonials for providers in a number of industry areas. The testimonial should be based on your relationship with the relevant providers/organisations during the last 12 months. By completing this online testimonial, you can put yourself in the running to win a £150 Amazon voucher. You will be asked if you wish to submit further testimonials, either for the same provider in different categories or different providers in the same category. For each testimonial submitted you will receive one entry into the prize draw.

For your responses to be valid, and to be entered into the prize draw, please complete the survey by Friday 21 February 2025. The prize winner will be determined by random draw. We require your email address to validate entries and to contact you if you are successful. We will never pass your data on to a third party. 

Before submitting your responses you will be asked to agree to the prize draw terms and conditions, which can be found at the end of the survey or viewed here.
