At Healthwatch Lincolnshire we want to gain insight into individuals' experiences of mental health services in Lincolnshire. We would like to hear from both service users and their carers, parents, relatives and friends. The survey explores:
- Accessing support
- The quality of the support provided
- What worked well?
- What could be improved?
We are especially keen to hear about individuals' experiences of transitioning between Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and Adult Mental Health Services.
