The awards entry process
- The submission deadline for this form is Friday 4 April 2025.
- Any field marked with an asterisk* is required to be completed.
- You will be able to save your progress and return to it at a later date, as long as the form is completed by the submission deadline.
- Alongside our own research and feedback from providers, the submissions will be used to draw up shortlists, which will be announced in May.
- Shortlisted organisations will be informed using the contact details supplied on this entry form and provided with a 'Finalist' logo.
- The second stage of judging will allow shortlisted organisations to seek testimonials from clients, partners and providers. There will be an online process to do this as soon as the shortlists have been announced.
- The winners will be revealed at the awards ceremony on Wednesday 24 September 2025, at which special discounts are available here for adviser attendees.
