Welcome to IDR's 2025 survey of pay for HR roles. This research aims to collect data on pay and reward, as well as insights into the current state of recruitment and retention in the HR labour market.
All participants will receive a free summary of the results, providing valuable salary benchmarking data.
The survey can be filled out in more than one sitting by clicking 'Save and Continue Later' at the bottom of any page. A link will be sent to you to allow you to edit your responses until the survey closes. If you wish, you can print your responses to review offline at the end of the survey by selecting 'print response'. You can skip sections if they do not relate to relevant jobs at your organisation.
The deadline for completing this survey is Thursday 30 January 2025 at 4pm.
