Confirmation and attendance
No course certificates are issued. It is a responsibility of the clerk of the governing body to retain up to date information about who has completed training.
Cancelling your booking
If you book a place for one of our governor sessions but are then unable to attend, please inform the Learning Service as soon as possible by emailing AddysgEducation@ynysmon.llyw.cymru
If we have to cancel a session
Every effort will be made to ensure that the courses are run as scheduled. Sessions where a low number of governors have registered will be rearranged. There will be situations due to circumstances beyond our control where courses have to be cancelled, re-arranged or venues changed. We will contact you as soon as we can to inform you of any changes.

Evaluation
A course evaluation form will be issued to you after completing the course for both quantitative and qualitative analysis. As a Learning Service we are always reviewing our work. Your feedback will help us to improve the quality of services to schools, measure the impact of our sessions, increase governor engagement and encourage attendance.

Information within this form will be held electronically and will be processed by the Isle of Anglesey County Council only for the purpose of enrolment and feedback arrangements for Governors’ Development Programme 2024 to 2025
