State Sports Day Effectiveness Evaluation Questionnaire Within the framework of the Bedar Initiative for Community Outreach with workers, and the Ras Lafan Social Communication Program

As part of the Bedar initiative for Community Outreach with workers, which is one of the initiatives of the Ras Lafan Social Communication Program, aimed at enhancing awareness among workers regarding safety guidelines, social culture, as well as health, fitness, and personal care. To achieve these goals, a series of events have been organized, including the State Sports Day event, which you have attended. To assess the effectiveness of this event in achieving its goals and the goals of the initiative, we present the following questionnaire.
