Welcome to the application form for Glasgow's Youth Climate Action Fund, where you can apply for funding for your local climate project! Please make sure that you have read over the requirements outlined here before finalising your application.

 

In the application form, you will be asked for:

  • Name, phone number and email address of the lead contact for the project (this should be someone aged between 15-24, however you can get support to complete the application from someone over 25)
  • Name and address of the organisation you are applying through such as a school, college, charity or community group (if you are not currently connected to an organisation but would like to deliver a project we can support you with this)
  • A description of your project (including what you would like to do, how you would like to do it, how it fits in with the themes of Glasgow's Climate Plan and why you think it is important) 
  • A brief timeline of the main project activities (including the steps your project will take and key milestones over the delivery period)
  • A simple budget for your project describing how much funding you need and what the money will be used for (requesting grant funding between £800 and £3,900)
  • Any supporting documents and information you would like to share with us (such as photos, materials from the Design Jam, details about similar projects you have been involved in and/or a letter of support from the organisation you are working with)

 

You can save your progress and return to the application form as you fill it out. Please submit your application by Sunday 8th September.
