Consent to Participate: Get Involved Survey

This form records your consent to participate in this survey and provide your details to Pastest Ltd, and for it to be collected (processed) by SmartSurvey – the service that hosts this survey platform. Please only participate if you are aged 18 or over.

Reason: The reason for collecting this data is to gather feedback from our customers, and up-to-date insight into the Medical Education and revision industry.

Purpose: We’re going to use this data in order to improve our products and services, and/or develop our marketing and advertising activity.

Retention: We will keep this data on file for as long as we determine that it is useful to us as a company. All respondent data will be deleted every three months.

Consent: You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing DataControl@pastest.com with your request.
