George V Bridge Active Travel Improvements is being delivered as part of a programme of ambitious improvements to access routes for walking and cycling across the city. The Council, using Transport Scotland's Active Travel Infrastructure Funding Tier 1, has been developing proposals to improve the junctions in the project area at either end of the bridge, further enhancing the character of the area whilst also prioritising those wheeling, walking and cycling through the space.
