What is this survey about?
Monmouth Town Council are getting ready to improve the play area at Drybridge Park (Squirrel Park, near the entrance to Overmonnow Primary School). We'd like to ask you some questions about playing out in Monmouth to help us to get this right.
You can complete this survey on your own if you're allowed to or with help from somebody else. We won't ask any questions that would tell us who you are, and you can answer as many of the questions as you'd like to. if you think we've missed something you can add your own answers. There are 9 questions in total.

Information for parents / carers:
This survey has been adapted from a suggested survey produced by Play Wales to help us to understand more about how children and young people in Monmouth use the play opportunities that we currently have. This will help us in designing the improved play area at Drybridge Park, and we would also like to share the results with Monmouthshire County Council to help them when they make decisions about other play facilities in the town and county.
