The personal and sensitive information you supply in this form will be stored in a secure database for the purposes of administering the Programme and monitoring the progress of your child/ ward. We will retain it for monitoring and promotion purposes after they leave the Programme. Data will also be shared with Programme partner organisations if applicable, who may then share with their partners. Only anonymised data will be shared with other third party organisations. Personal information will not be shared elsewhere without your express written consent.
Any data that we use in our reports will be made anonymous before it is published.
