The Family Nurse Partnership (FNP) programme is a home visiting service for first time mums, aged 21 years and under, who live in Suffolk. Family nurses, who are health visitors or midwives, use specific programme guidelines, materials and practical activities while working with young parents, including their partner and wider family/support network.
As part of our continued drive to ensure children's services meet the needs of the Suffolk population, we are looking at how the Family Nurse Partnership Service supports the needs of children and families in Suffolk. Please help by sharing your views on current services so we understand what is important to you.
