Understanding and enabling public access to woodlands

This survey is aimed at people who live in England and are over 18 years old. We are particularly interested in responses from those who may be underrepresented in visiting woodland, which includes ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ people, people with disabilities or those in poor health, and those on lower incomes.  It aims to collect information about why and how people do or do not access woodlands.

This survey is being delivered by Forest Research as part of research that is funded by Defra. The information collected in this survey will be used to help us understand and support public access to woodlands, as part of a wider project.

This survey will take approximately fifteen minutes to complete.

Taking part in this survey is entirely voluntary and you are under no obligation to complete it.  Your answers will be completely anonymous. This means that it will not be possible to identify your information from the analysis after you have responded to any questions in this survey.
