This research has been designed to understand the workplace experiences of employees going through fertility treatment and how workplaces are set up to understand and support employees through these challenges.
We are asking those with lived experience of fertility treatment such as IVF treatment and social freezing whilst in employment to answer a series of questions to help us understand the real impact this has had on you and your career, as well as how well your organisation understands and supports employees needing fertility treatment.
The aim of this research is to highlight and raise awareness of the impact of undergoing fertility treatment on individuals and to identify support that employers could be providing to their employees. Data from this research will help us to drive change, for employees navigating fertility care to feel supported in the workplace.
This survey is completely confidential, the data will only be used at overall level or industry level and will take approximately 7 mins to complete.
