Call For Evidence - Driving Test Services

The survey should take 10 to 15 minutes to complete and your answers will help DVSA to improve the driving test booking system. It will close on 11th February 2025 at 11:59pm.

Taking part in this survey is voluntary. 
 
The majority of responses in this survey are multiple choice with no personal data collected. There are free text fields for comment but we ask that you do not include any personal information about you, or anyone else, in your responses. Your responses will remain confidential and will be stored securely. You will at no point be individually identified or identifiable from your responses and no personal details will be included in any published results. 
 
Responses will be aggregated and any personal information will be kept confidential. By clicking the button to start the survey, you agree that DVSA can use the information as described.
