Developing Skills Project Employers sign up and consent form

Thank you for signing up for the Developing Skills Project evaluation.   

We will only use your contact details to contact you with information about the Developing Skills Project evauation. 

Your contact details will be stored in a secure folder on the Healthwatch Suffolk shared drive. 

We will store your contact details until we complete the final evaluation report, which should be September 2022, after which we will securely delete your details from our records.
