Our annual Delivery Plan outlines the key activities and initiatives we will undertake over the next year to achieve the goals set out in our Corporate Strategy, "A Greener, Fairer, Thriving Guildford."
The Corporate Strategy is our long-term plan for the next ten years, focusing on five main priorities:
1. Creating a more sustainable and environmentally friendly borough
2. Supporting economic growth and prosperity for all
3. Ensuring inclusivity and fairness in our community
4. Providing decent and affordable housing
5. Managing the council effectively and being prepared for future challenges
Our Annual Delivery Plan will break these broad goals into specific, actionable steps that we will take this year. It helps us stay focused and allows residents, businesses, and stakeholders to see how we are working towards making Guildford a better place to live, work, and visit.
We've already met with our partners and stakeholders such as other public sector bodies, local businesses, organisations and educational institutions to discuss our plans. Now it's your turn!
