Hello!
Thank you very much for your interest in becoming a Starworks Ambassador!
What is the Starworks Ambassador scheme?
Here at Starworks we want to help improve the lives of children who use prosthetics, and their families. One of the best ways we can do this is to listen and understand what is important to the real experts in this area – that’s you! Whenever children and young people help us we think it’s important to recognise and reward their hard work, so we have set up the Starworks Ambassador scheme!
How does the Starworks Ambassador scheme work?
[Please note, the Starworks Ambassador scheme is largely running online/by post in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. You can choose your preference for taking part on the next page.]
- Collect your passport: Once you have registered, we will send you a special Starworks Passport ready to start your Ambassador journey.
- Start earning Stars: We will get in touch with you or your parents/carers whenever there is an opportunity to take part in an Ambassador Activity. These can be all sorts of things, including online surveys, competitions, feedback on existing inventions, or even special Starworks workshops! Every Ambassador Activity that you take part in will earn you a Star to go in your passport, and you can take part in as many or as few as you like.
- Claim your reward: Once you have filled your passport with Stars, we will send you a Starworks Ambassador certificate and vouchers to say thank you!
- Level up! If you’d like to keep taking part, we can set you up on the next level of passports to keep earning Stars and rewards!
The Ambassador scheme is open to children or young people who use a prosthetic and/or who have a limb difference, as well as their siblings! If you would like to register more than one child or young person to the Ambassador scheme, please complete a separate registration form for each Ambassador.
