Welcome to the booking form for the forthcoming Secondary Headteachers Conference in Cardiff on the 8th November.

On the day, conference registration will be open from 9.30am for a 10.30am start and will close at around 3pm.

Once you have completed the registration form you will have the opportunity to submit a question for the Cabinet Secretary for Education who is taking part in a question and answer session as part of the programme for the day.
