About the survey
Research company Substance has been commissioned by Sport England to evaluate
Club Matters and help inform its development.
It doesn’t matter whether you have ever used or been involved with Club Matters or not. We want to hear from those who have engaged and those who have not or not recently.
What do you get?
- Everyone completing the survey will go into a prize draw (provided by Substance) for 2 x £50 vouchers of your choice for your organisation to use.
- We will also disseminate learning from the evaluation to you, so you can be the first to hear!
To participate, you need to confirm that you have read and understood the purpose of the survey and agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
Terms and Conditions: Any data collected for this project will be managed, processed and stored by Substance in accordance with data protection laws (which are the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act 2018). All data including personal details will be kept securely and only used for the purposes of the evaluation. All data is stored on UK servers and Substance is accredited with ISO27001 for Data Security. All responses will be anonymised, and no personal details will be shared except with your expressed consent. Summary findings may be shared with Sport England and Club Matters suppliers (Sport Structures and Continuum Sport and Leisure) and stakeholders. You may be identifiable by our partners by the name of the organisation or the specific location you are associated with.
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time and have the right for data you have provided to be deleted. Your participation and provision of data are subject to the general privacy policy of Substance
