Thank you for agreeing to take part in this important survey looking at the impact of Covid-19 on care homes. This survey has been developed by Alzheimer’s Society and should only take around 5 minutes to complete. Ideally, Care Home Managers should respond as they will have a better overview of the impact of Covid-19 on the care home. Data from this survey will be used in media reports to highlight the issues faced by care homes during the pandemic but personal information will be kept completely confidential.
