Substance are a leader in research and data collection to understand the impacts and benefits of recreational angling. Previous work delivered by Substance includes Catchwise and the Sea Angling Diary Project. In order to conduct this research, Substance requires a database of active anglers, both fresh and saltwater, to contact with surveys about impact, such as mental health, physical activity and social benefits.
On average, Substance contacts its database of anglers twice a year. By filling out this survey, you are showing your interest to be part of this database and highlight the value of recreational angling to you and have your say for its future.
