Does your “driving on business population“ exceed 100 drivers? (and from a legal compliance perspective this figure should also include your “Grey Fleet” users e.g. those employees who either qualify for a Company "Car Allowance" or simply use their own vehicle to undertake business mileage) - in addition obviously to users of company vehicles, cars,vans etc ?
