Regular asymptomatic testing questionnaire

To help stop the spread of COVID-19 the Welsh Government has given some people the opportunity to take regular rapid COVID-19 asymptomatic tests called lateral flow devices (LFD).

We know around 1 in 3 of people who have COVID-19 do not show any symptoms and so can pass on the virus to others without knowing. Regular twice weekly testing for people without symptoms (asymptomatic) can help stop the virus from spreading.

We would like to know your experiences of COVID-19 regular twice weekly testing. This will help us plan what kind of testing we should offer in the future. We won’t collect or store your personal data.
