This is the application form for the Young Homotopy-Theorist Meeting, Monday 6 - Friday 10 October 2025, hosted at ICMS, Bayes Centre, Edinburgh. See here for the list of invited speakers.

You are applying to attend the meeting in person. Please note all successful participants will be required to pay a 150.00 GBP registration fee.

Applications to attend will close 26 May 2025. You will be contacted by a member of staff from ICMS once the organisers have reviewed all applications.

14. Would you like to present a contributed talk? If yes, please provide a title and a brief abstract. Talk will be 50 minutes, plus 10 minutes for questions.
Please note not all proposed talk will be accepted. Organisers will review your talk title and abstract, and ICMS staff will inform you whether your proposed talk is accepted at later stage.

16. Subject to speaker approval, some talks may be recorded and added to event webpage and ICMS YouTube channel. These recordings MAY capture images of participants during the talks and/or Q&A sessions. Are you happy for recordings which capture your image to be made available? *

 

17. There are very limited funds available for accommodation and travel support. If you have access to your own funds, we'd be grateful if you could use them. If you require travel support in order to attend the workshop, please give details in box below (in GBP).
