This survey will ask you questions regarding your pregnancy and before birth experience.
An important role of the Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP) is collecting and sharing feedback from people who have used maternity and neonatal services in Shropshire Telford and Wrekin.
We want to hear from people who have had a baby in the last two years. If you supported a birthing person then please fill out the birth partners survey.
The answers that you give will be shared with all providers offering maternity and neonatal care. We do not ask for your name or contact details. The providers will use your answers for training and to improve services.
